I need your help... Ladies and Gents?

My girlfriend dumped me on the 29 of May... over the phone, she texted me, saying 'we needa talk...' I call her, thinking she is ill or sick, and she basiclly says 'I don't wanna see you anymore.' SHe broke my heart, I gave her all I could, writing her poems, giving her little gifts that I made that took forever to make it perfect. I've resorted to drinking as I don't know what else to do. She promised we'll be friends and that's all I really wanted, and she want reply to any texts or emails, I'll ask her how is she, how's exams, just shooting the breeze basiclly. and she won't reply. ANd I love her so much! I don't know what I should do, I've become really depressed, how can I get her back or what should I do? Please help me.
