Will my fissure ever heal?

I have a small tear right on the inside of my rectum and it always gets better then returns when I am constipated. Unfortunately, with an open tear in that area it is impossible to stop infection and it is very painfull and hard to walk when this happens. Worse yet, I have to answer over and over to the doctor that I dont ever put anything in my (lol). So.....What to do and will it ever fully heal?
