Please explain anti-nuclear antibodies, scleroderma.?

My nine-year old neice had a blood test done recently that showed ANA's. They did a further test that indicates it may be scleroderma. Could someone please explain the accuracy of this "further test" (just a blood test) she has no symptoms of scleroderma and we just found out she has intestinal dysbiosis. Any relation to the ANAs? Any information would be great. We can't get her into a rheumatologist until late march.
