Steven Jackson or Lesean McCoy?

I have both of these guys on my fantasy football team, but I am looking to use one in trades. Who do you think is better? I definitely love S-Jax's sick consistency (8, 12, 12, 12, 12, 17), but McCoy seems a bit more explosive. However, McCoy doesn't get his fair share of carries. I don't know. Anyways, what do you think?
