How do i tell my gf that im ready to move forward in are relationship?

i ben datin my gf for 8 1/2 months. i love her so much and its so strong that the small things aint enough to show her how much i care. she is real quiet and if she wanted to go all the way i know she wouldnt say. shes raised a christian girl so i know she probly wont go that far with me. how could i tell her that im ready though, without bein to blunt.
