I just purchased Boggle & now I can't get it up on my pc! This is very frustrating?

It keeps telling me I need to be connected to Internet & I AM!! I'm going around in circles with this & am ready to call my credit co. today & stop payment unless I get some answers!!! I really like this game & am VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
