Is the goal of the righty to dumb down america with divisionist politics?

Liberalism cannot flourish in the environment of an educated society. That's the reason liberals continuously move to crash our educational system. Think not? Then explain why, even with spending more and more money on education, college entrance exam scores have shown an unbroken continuous decline for the last 50-60 years. Looks like more money DOES NOT equal better education. It is exactly the proverbial case of trying the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Well, that is liberalism for you, isn't it?
