John Malvo may get the death penalty for his sniper shootings. Do you think kids should pay for their crimes?

the same as adults?Why should the shooter's family mean anything over that of a victim, even an adult victim?? when there are thousands of kids with guns on the streets and kill when their in gangs, should it matter they pay life for life?? kids never care about what they do only about avoiding getting caught, if a kid kills someone close you why should you give a damn about him getting the death penalty? doesn't it send a message if you kill you pay?
