Oblivion- Shivering Isles?

The leaflet in the box said that shivering isles would automatically install itself. But when I put it in my laptop nothing at all seemed to happen (yes I already have Oblivion installed) - I can't find a way in computer to install it. Is it already installed? How can I tell? I loaded my current game and nothing seems different.
