OKay so my mom smokes cigarettes and How can i help her quit?

She smokes and she has one probably about 2 every hour other than at like 12am when shes sleeping.. but I really want her to quit. She smokes outside but in our back yard there are cig s EVERYWHERE and it makes our yard look horrible..What are way to get her to quit?
