Responsible pet ownership?

No actually you would be surprise to know we are not in the majority. We are a minority. There are way more irresponsible owners out there than there are responsible ones. Which is the number 1 reason why so many animals are in shelters nowadays, its not an overpopulation issue its an over-abandonment issue. You can also plainly see it by the q's asked here, 98% of them come from irresponsible owners.
