Tingley scalp & hair loss after using hair colour?

A couple of weeks ago I used a permanent hair colour (couleur experte) & when rinsing out noticed a few more hairs had come out than have done in the past when using hair colourants. I wasn't too worried at the time as my hair was not in great condition previous to colouring due to years of highlighting. I thought that it was just due to breakage on the weak bits. However, each time I've washed my hair more seems to come out & my hair which is fine anyway appears to be even finer. Also my scalp feels tingly & now I'm worried about more hair dropping out, I could do with every strand I have! I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem & any advise on how to treat it.
