Ugh....Worried Aunt...Complaining Mother?

So my cousin recently (about a month or 2 ago) met his 2 twin brothers for the 1st time. He's 21 and their 22. The 3 of them have become inseperable in a very short amount of time however my Aunt seems to be a bit worried. Apparently he stays at their place a lot...and when he's there they play "too rough". He's 5'10 in the 145-155 pound range....both of them are 6'4..275-285 pounds. They rough house a lot, and apparently their apartment smells like a locker room. My aunt is worried because the last time she was over there...the 3 of them all ended up piled on top of one another...with my cousin on the bottom. He was fine, but she didn't like that they had fell on him like that...according to her he could have "suffocated". He says they play a game called "Smear the Queer" with them and some other guys who are also 250+ pounds.. and sometimes pile ons happen and sometimes he's on the bottom. My aunt thinks their too old and too big to be playing rough like that..especially since they all outweigh him by 100+ pounds..however my cousin and his brothers all love it. My uncles says its just boys being boys...my aunt says its men trying to hurt each other...and instead of wrestling around and piling on each other...they should shower and behave like adults.I've met them before and they seem to be pretty calm and mature...they just like to play rough sometimes...should she be worried if no one else is?....I mean everyone has been a dogpile or whatever you call it, right?
