Wouldn't it be weird if Jason Jones was arrested for disturbance of the peace?

He was threatened with arrest for that on last night's Daily Show while at Palin's resignation picnic. Mostly because he annoyed the press, hit someone's hat and called him a "jack", and threw a cup at a news truck while a woman came out and said "What the ****?" and he ran away. In fact, he came very close to going to jail when he tried to sell an enegy drink called "Cocaine" on the streets. The police had him spread his arms on their car.
