LUTHERANS & CATHOLICS: Is Christ literally, physically present in communion?

I'm Lutheran, and for me I have felt the energy of the Holy Spirit in the communion bread and wine at the Catholic church and at the Lutheran church. The strength of it seemed to me more at the Catholic church. Energy of the Holy Spirit is in communion food at these churches, but not at the Baptist churches as they don't believe this way. Baptists says the celebration of communion is a remembrance. That's why I'm Lutheran instead. I want a strong communion.
